I assume they will just be listed when the screenshot was taken in this specific map. The only thing that doesnt appear in this list are subscribed custom maps. As you can see for the screenshot above theres also the machete-mod listed or the missing content fix - mod etc but in this particular screenshot there is no machete nor any missing content to fix.
